The experimental data are derived from the Klein 3000 side-scan sonar system. It was collected from the Taiwan Strait between 2012 and 2015. The side-scan raw data (data format is XTF) are parsed with SonarPro software.

Steps to reproduce
First, the train set and test set are constructed by the cross-validation method. Second, the images and labels are fed into the target recognition network together for training. Finally, detection is performed. The example detection results use the YOLOv5-S model.
