The study aimed to investigate how implementation of the Enhanced Recovery after Surgery (ERAS) program in patients undergoing robotic hysterectomy for benign indications affects the length of hospital stay (LOHS) in comparison with conventional management. It also aimed to compare postoperative complications within 30 days after surgery and quality of life.
