The cognition-personality link was tested in a clonal gecko species (Sakai et al. in prep. doi.). The dataset includes Predator attack test, NOR test, Difference score of reaction to the novel objects, and the subject information. R codes include scripts for statistical models and graphical visualization.

Steps to reproduce
Mourning geckos (Lepidodactylus lugubris) were reared in captivity (n = 20). Set-up an experimental situation of being attacked by simulated predator. Set-up an experimental situation of facing repeatedly presented the same object or successively presented different objects. Measured hiding duration in a refuge as a representation of boldness. Measured latency to explore and latency to investugate the novel objects.
