SA-MLP Dynamic Equivalency of IEEE 118 Bus System
Description
This Dataset includes four folders named: Algorithm Flowchart, Simulation Code, Supplementary Material and Training Scenarios. The folder named Algorithm Flowchart has PNG files illustrating the continuation flowchart that conceptualizes the simulation code, whereas the folder named Simulation Code contains source code files in python used to run the simulations. The folder named Supplementary Material includes ms word files that describe summary literature review, nomenclature for the formulation, data generation framework, simulation parameters and validation framework. The last folder named training scenarios contains an excel sheet file that tabulates different scenarios used in training, testing, validating and challenging the SA-MLP model. The data set includes one more MATLAB file named case118, which contains the IEEE 118 Bus system data.

Steps to reproduce
Step1: Download the zipped folder named SA_MLP Dynamic Equivalent Step2: Unzip the folder using WinRAR Step3: Read through the materials in the folder named supplementary material and also the journal paper Step4: Open the Algorithm Flowchart Folder, and look at the flowchart to understand the workflow Step5: Using Python, run the source code files Step6: Analyze the results with respect to the training scenarios tabulated on the excel sheet Step7: If you encounter any challenges, while executing any of these six steps, you can reach out to me via my email: paulmuia80@gmail.com
