Description

This dataset was collected to examine the role of workplace spirituality in fostering sustainable employability through psychological empowerment, job satisfaction, and employee engagement. Data were obtained via an online survey distributed through Google Forms, targeting employees residing in Indonesia across various sectors. A total of 2,747 valid responses were recorded.

Steps to reproduce

The data were gathered through an online survey created with Google Forms and distributed to employees in Indonesia across various industries. A total of 2,747 valid cases retained after cleaning. Standardized measurement scales were used to assess workplace spirituality, psychological empowerment, job satisfaction, employee engagement, and sustainable employability, along with demographic questions (age, gender, education, sector). Participants gave informed consent, and all responses were anonymous. The data were organized in Excel and CSV formats, and analyzed using SmartPLS (v4) and SPSS (v25).
