Valeriy IzmaylovDescription
Lime-silica cement (hydraulic binder) was created by mixing quicklime and microsilica. Both are waste products from the production of ferroalloys. Research suggests the use of dusty wastes from the production of ferroalloys for the production of building materials

Steps to reproduce
Lime-silica (non-clinker) cement was created from lime dust and microsilica. Both are wastes from ferroalloy production. Concrete grade C 16/20 was produced with lime-silica cement. The compressive strength of concrete samples was up to 230 kg/cm2. Research suggests the utilization of dusty wastes from ferroalloy production into production of building materials.
