Description

The analysis focuses on seasonal variations, meteorological influences, and GIS spatial interpolation methods based on collected in situ measurements. The dataset comprises two files related to assessing water quality dynamics in Vrana Lake. It includes: 1. in situ measurement stations in Shapefile format based on the WGS84 coordinate system and 2. a 12-month collection of in situ measurements in Excel.

Steps to reproduce

In situ measurements were conducted monthly for 12 months at 20 stations in Vrana Lake, Dalmatia, Croatia, using a YSI EXO2 multiparameter probe. The collected data is available in an Excel sheet "Measured in situ data", while median values per date and station are contained in Excel sheet "Median data". The locations of the measurement stations are provided in Shapefile format using the WGS84 coordinate system (EPSG: 4326).
