Description
Calcite dissolution rates as a function of distance downstream from leading edge of a calcite crystal, as measured by digital holographic microscopy using flowing water (see Word document for more detailed description). Results of Lattice Boltzmann simulations of concentration profiles and relative dissolution rates near boundary layer of a calcite crystal in flowing water as a function of distance downstream from the crystal's leading edge.
