Description

The current dataset consists of two categories : -The first category based on the differences between microscopic images of human and different companion animals (dogs, cats, , camels, cows, rats, rabbits, horses, different species of pet birds (chicken, baby chick, crow, parrot and duck) hairs/feathers, including nine data files which are divided as follow: one contains images represent human hair samples and the remaining eight files of the animal species involved through the collected data. -The second category depends on microscopic detection of the dermatophytes arthrospores arrangement, parasitism and invasion of the examined hair including two data files, one for positive dermatophytosis samples image and the other for negative dermatophytosis samples image.
