Description

The ceramic sample was prepared from a fine powder of the composition Gd0.96Eu0.01Sm0.01Tb0.01Er0.01NbO4, synthesized by the liquid-phase method using nitrate solutions of rare earth elements and niobium hydroxides, which was described in detail in [10.3390/ceramics5030038]. The hydrated sediment was washed with deionized water at a ratio of solid and liquid phases T:Vl = 1:3, dried at ~ 150°C, and then calcined at a temperature of ~ 1000°C for 3 hours. The phase composition of the initial powders before pressing and refinement of the structures of ceramic samples were determined using a Rigaku multifunctional X-ray diffractometer with SmartLab Studio II software (RIGAKU Japan). The speed of the counter is 2 deg min-1 (CuKα radiation, scanning range 10-90°. ICDD databases were used to identify the phases (PDF 4, relies 2020). The structural characteristics of the phases of ceramic samples of TR (Gd0.96Eu0.01Sm0.01Tb0.01Er0.01)NbO4 were refined by the WPPF (Whole Powder Pattern) method Fitting) full-profile analysis of radiographs. The criteria for the reliability of the results obtained were the values of the profile (Rp and Rwp) unreliability factors, calculated using standard formulas.
