The list of zoobenthos taxa of the Vychegda River (in the areas impacted wastewaters of pulp and paper industry)

Description

We studied biodiversity of three aquatic communities: phytoplankton, zooplankton and zoobenthos in 2018-2020 in the areas impacted wastewaters of pulp and paper industry. This table presents the list of zoobenthos taxa from samples collected in the middle reaches of the Vychegda River. The list includes revealed taxonomic groups of zoobenthos (23) and lower-rank taxa (125) for some (model) groups: Oligochaeta, Mollusca, Cladocera, Copepoda, Coleoptera, Ephemeroptera, Plecoptera, Trichoptera with indication of their saprobic status (if known). Each column of the table corresponds to one point of hydrobiological sampling area of the Vychegda River (I-VI): I – zone of direct influence of wastewater of pulp and paper industry, II – 22.8 km lower than the point I (near the Kochchojyag village), III – 6.4 km lower than the point II (near the Sluda village); IV – zone of direct influence of wastewater of pulp and paper industry (near the Gavrilovka village), V – 11.8 km lower than the point IV (near the Sotchem-vyv village); VI – 5.5 km lower than the point V (near the Ust'-Pozheg village). The list of taxa contains only our own data. The saprobic statuses of species (S) were obtained from [1-4]. The detailed of site descriptions and analysis of the list of taxa is given in [5, 6].
