Description

Our work combining single-molecule imaging, biochemistry, and cell-based imaging reveals that C. elegans MORC-1 protein compacts DNA by trapping a DNA loop and topologically entrapping DNA. This Mendeley dataset contains raw data that were used in the production of figures in our paper.
