Description

Naturally sleeping recordings. Control, GABABR blockers, optogenetic activation of Necab1+ thalamic neurons. Silencing of Necab1+ thalamic neurons can be found on a separate repository (doi: 10.17632/kb3j4m6wvp.1).

Steps to reproduce

LFP channels for each mouse can be found in DistributionChannelsBrainAreas.txt file. Analysis steps can be found in AnalysisUpTerm.txt Both txt file were run on IgorPro but should be straightforward to adapt to Matlab. Detailed methods to be found on Hay et al., 2021 paper.
