As the questionnaire (PFSDQ-M) is a highly reliable and valid outcome tool for individuals suffering from any pulmonary condition and it is available in the original English version. Hindi is the national language of India and 3rd most widely spoken language in the world about 600 million speakers globally and the scale is a self-administered type of outcome measure so, it should be important that the patients understand and are able to assess their conditions own and this will be possible only when the questionnaire will be in their native language. To cross-culturally adapt and translate the PFSDQ-M for a Hindi-speaking and understandable population. To determine the reliability, content and concurrent validity of the adapted version.
