A set of fluorescence images of A431 cells annotated with image-level segmentaion and neuclei locations.

Steps to reproduce
Cells were labeled with anti-pY100 using IF. Images were collected from two different experiments. The training set (500 images) were from one experiment and were annotated with image-level segmentation using graph-cut software, and neuclei locations using blob detection. The validation set (25 images) were from a different exeperiment and annotated with detailed single-cell segmentation masks.
