Description of this data

These files describe the way that we processed Vital Statistics Natality data (the restrictions applied), and estimates the models in our paper. The underlying data are not public use, since we used Vital Statistics Natality Data with county identifiers. Access to these data is available only to people who have applied for it. We also used proprietory data about e-cigarette indoor air laws that was purchased from the American Non-Smokers Rights Foundation. Michael Pesko will be pleased to answer further questions about the data.
