Companion dataset for the SSRN preprint "DORA Compliance Readiness: A Comparative Architecture and Cost/Performance Analysis of AWS European Sovereign Cloud and Google Cloud Sovereign Solutions for EU Financial Institutions." Contains four CSV files: the EU Cloud Sovereignty Framework objectives and weights (v1.2.1), an architectural comparison of both providers across five dimensions, directional sovereignty scoring with rationale, and a codebook defining the scoring scale. All data derives from publicly available provider documentation retrieved July 2026. No original benchmarking was conducted.
