Description

This dataset contains the experimental short-circuit current (Isc) measurements collected during field testing of a dynamic double-layer bifacial photovoltaic prototype at Reggio Calabria, Italy (38°11'33.8"N, 15°38'02.1"E), between August and September 2025. The prototype consists of two vertically stacked layers of custom-designed bifacial TOPCon mini modules with independent rotation capability. Data were acquired every 30 seconds using INA260 current sensors. These data directly support all figures and comparative analyses presented in the associated publication.
