Description

These data set are related to the raw NMR data collected from the urine samples of 79 individuals (38 healthy volunteers and 41 Cri-du-Chat syndrome individuals), approved by the Research Ethics Committee of Federal University of São Paulo (number: 868.398). The detailed experimental NMR conditions are described in the supplementary material related to the cited paper. These data were collected for studying the metabolic profile of the urine samples of individuals with Cri-du-Chat syndrome using NMR metabolomics approach for this purpose. Our goal was to discriminate healthy and Cri-du-chat individuals in order to better understand the differences in the excretion metabolites of these individuals.
