Two biologically replicated DAP-Seq experiments were conducted to identify the genomic binding regions (The corresponding file: Binding regions-Summary) and the overlapping peak regions (The corresponding file: Peak regions-Overlapping) of MaNAC25 and MaNAC28 proteins; MEME-ChIP software for motif enrichment analysis was used to identify distinct DNA motifs: two for MaNAC25 and three for MaNAC28 (The corresponding file: meme-chip); GO analysis was conducted to uncover the functional roles of MaNAC25 and MaNAC28 target genes (The corresponding file: GO analysis).
