Description

This repository contains supplementary data for the publication: Gagliardi et al. (2022) "Automatic detection of spatio-temporal signalling patterns in cell collectives". The supplementary data contains: * CSV files with image segmentation results, * R notebooks with results of the analysis, * Jupyter notebooks to view the results in the napari image viewer. Raw image data available upon request.

To view this repository, download everything, unpack all zip files and open the index.html file in the root directory. The file contains a browsable HTML content with a detailed description.
