Canonical Correlation Analysis Paper
Description
The total sample consisted of 205 managers, supervisors, and employees approached based on their work experience in hospitality and tourism sector in Egypt, out of them 187 were valid responses. The questionnaire is composed of: a) demographic information such as gender, work experience, work position, type and size of company, b) social sustainability practices, 62 questions adopted from (Hale, Legun, Campbell, & Carolan, 2019; V. Mani et al., 2016; Venkatesh Mani, Gunasekaran, Papadopoulos, Hazen, & Dubey, 2016; Staniškienė & Stankevičiūtė, 2018), c) enablers, 10 questions adopted from (Hale et al., 2019; V. Mani et al., 2016; Venkatesh Mani et al., 2016; Staniškienė & Stankevičiūtė, 2018), and d) barriers, 5 questions adopted from (Hale et al., 2019; V. Mani et al., 2016; Venkatesh Mani et al., 2016; Staniškienė & Stankevičiūtė, 2018). Each question (variable) uses a concordance scale of 5, from 1 (strongly disagree) to 5 (strongly agree).
