Alignments: 1. Arsenophonus matrix - concatenated matrix of 57 ortholog sequences (AA) extracted from all available Arsenophonus proteomes (analyzed by PhyML, PhyloBayes and IQ-TREE2) in a fasta format 2. Host mitochondrial matrix - concatenated matrix of 12 mitochondrial genes (NA) extracted from 12 mitochondrial genomes of hippoboscids (analyzed by IQ-TREE2) in a fasta format 3. Host COI matrix - phylogenetic matrix of COI mitochondrial gene (NA) of 63 taxa of hippoboscids (analyzed by IQ-TREE2) in a fasta format 4. Host nuclear matrix - concatenated matrix of 4 genes (NA) extracted from 10 nuclear genomes of hippoboscids (analyzed by IQ-TREE2) in a fasta format Phylogenetic trees folder: Phylogenetic trees generated by PhyML, PhyloBayes and IQ-TREE2 in a newick format. Annotations folder: Annotations of the complete genomes and genome drafts for the the newly described Arsenophonus symbionts of hippoboscids in gbk format.
