a study on the intestinal microbiota of four distinct groups: Simple Schizophrenia Group (SC), Schizophrenia with Type 2 Diabetes Group (TS), Type 2 Diabetes Group (T2DM), and Normal Population Control Group (HC), comprising a total of 35 subjects.

Steps to reproduce

We collected fecal samples from patients with schizophrenia (SC), patients with comorbid schizophrenia and type 2 diabetes (TS), patients with type 2 diabetes (T2DM), and a healthy control group (HC). Subsequently, DNA was extracted from the fecal samples, amplified, and subjected to high-throughput sequencing. The sequencing data was then analyzed.
