Emotional and academic variables related with pshycological wellbeing in collage students: Dataset in a Mexican sample

Description

This database contains variables of emotional intelligence, academic goal orientation and how these can explain the psychological well-being of Mexican university students.

Steps to reproduce

Through non-random sampling, 218 university students were selected from four districts in the state of Sonora, males and females, aged between 18 and 35 years, with a mean of 20.04 (SD=2.6). For the online application, the instruments were captured in google forms and disseminated among acquaintances, friends and teachers through networks such as Facebook and WhatsApp, on the other hand, for the on-site application, the instruments were formatted and printed, after which permission was requested from two high schools.
