Description

The data were acquired through the IoT system using GPRS/2G between August to December crop 2021 during the tobacco plantation. The images are collected from 8 AM to 6 PM in 2/2 hours. The soil and microclimate data were collected all day in each 30 minutes. The telemetry station consisted of a solar controller connected between a 30 W solar plate (model RSM030P) and a 12V battery with a capacity of 12 Ah that powered a Raspberry Pi Model A+ device. Connected to the Raspberry was a sensor model BME-280, which carried out measurements of ambient temperature and humidity in addition to atmospheric pressure, a 2G/GSM modem model SIM808L and an Arduino model UNO. A relay model SRD-05 (5V 10A) turned on the Arduino periodically to send a set of information to the Raspberry via USB. In this set, that is, connected to the Arduino, there were the other sensors that collected data on soil temperature (model Ds18b20) and soil moisture (hygrometer model S12), luminosity (model Temt6000), direction and speed of the winds (WRF Commercial) .
