Description

These are the raw data set of the manuscript "Image Analysis Technique for Quantifying Fluorescein Concentration Profiles in Clays". The results of adsorption experiments and calibration curves are showed in the "Calibration Graphs" files, and the concentration profiles during the diffusion experiment in each clay type are showed in the "Concentration Profiles".

Steps to reproduce

In the experimental results of "Calibration Graphs" files, adsorption data were made of experiment between different concentration of fluorescein dye and 3 clays (kaolinite, montmorillonite, and bentonite). The calibration lines to estimation dye concentration from the color intensities were derived from the excel solver function. The RGB channel intensities in "Concentration Profiles" files are measured using ImageJ softwere (https://imagej.nih.gov/ij/download.html) and calculated to relative concentration using calibration equations.
