Description

Title of program: MCSDA Catalogue Id: AALC_v1_0 Nature of problem The program does Monte Carlo simulation of kilovolt electron transport in thin films. It uses the continuous slowing down approximation (CSDA) suitably corrected to include energy straggling. Elastic and inelastic cross sections in the Born approximation, allowing analytical random sampling, are derived from a simple parameterization of the self-consistent atomic density. Versions of this program held in the CPC repository in Mendeley Data AALC_v1_0; MCSDA; 10.1016/0010-4655(86)90234-1 This program has been imported from the CPC Program Library held at Queen's University Belfast (1969-2018)
