Description

The data are images of 2H/1T structures within a MoS2 monolayer. Each image captures a 3-dimensional portion of the MoS2 slab. The voxel color intensity represents the distribution of atoms using a gaussian kernel from each atom position, normalized to a [0,1] range for convenient modelling using Boltzmann machines.
