Cross sections determined from angular distributions [1, 2, 3] of 208Pb(p,p') taken at proton energies Ep = 14.99, 16.30, 16.45, 16.60, 17.30, 17.40, 17.47, 17.75 MeV are evaluated by use of GASPAN [4].
