Description

Single cell lysis times (as First Passage Time; FTP) in minutes and statistical moments for a panel of bacteriophage lambda phage expressing mutated holin timekeeper proteins. Data show lysis time noise takes a concave up shape with respect to lysis time. This implies that lysis time noise can be optimized around an intermediate value.
