Description

The primary issue faced by Generation Z is the negative impact of technological advancements on their mental health. The aim of this study is to design an effective and engaging mental health application for Generation Z using User-Centered Design (UCD) method. This process involves identifying user problems and needs through questionnaires and interviews, developing design concepts that align with Generation Z's digital preferences, creating and testing the application’s prototype. Data from the questionnaires indicate a need for features that support interactive and personalized mental health activities. Test results show that the application is well-received by users and aids in their mental health management. In conclusion, an application designed with consideration of Generation Z's needs and habits can be an effective tool for supporting their mental well-being.
