This dataset presents a Julia script that performs mobility analysis of a 1-DOF single-loop 4R1H mechanism, which is similar to the mechanism presented in paper 10.1007/978-3-031-45709-8_39. The corresponding paper describing the mechanism design and the applied algorithm will be published in Journal of Machinery Manufacture and Reliability. The dataset includes a single script "mobility.jl" that computes a twist system of the output link of the considered mechanism.

Steps to reproduce

The script have been written in Julia v1.92.0 using VS Code v1.83.1 with Julia extension v1.54.2. The script uses a Symbolics.jl package (v5.9.0) to get a symbolic representation of the result. After installing this package, one can run the script in Julia REPL using standard command include("mobility.jl").
