Description

This spreadsheet provides data concerning body center of mass acceleration, muscle activity, and forces exerted during a suspended lunge under different conditions of stability in high-standard track and field athletes. Also, the spreadsheet shows the Interclass Correlation Coeficient (ICC) and the smallest worthwhile change (SWC) values for each dependent variable (acceleration, muscle activity and force) and exercise condition. Besides, the correlations values of each suspended lunge between muscle activity, force and acceleration.
