In present research, Achyranthus aspera and Bergenia ligulata plants were selected for study, based on traditional use. Achyranthus aspera and Bergenia ligulata were extracted with hydro alcohol and preliminary phytochemical investigation was performed. Selected extracts were converted into phyto formulation in order to increase the permeability of extract. Curcumin is also combined with extract to increase solubility. Developed phyto formulation was characterized for its particle size, PDI and zeta potential and accessed for in vitro antioxidant and immunomodulatory activity. Histopathological study of selected study model was performed for animal's spleen and thymus. Data of study was analyzed.
