Description

The research aim to develop an extraction method reliable for the untargeted chemosystematic study of Ocotea. The method optimization was perfomed by a full factorial design to stablish the best extraction condition regarding the quality of spectrometric and chromatographic data. The quality of chromatographic data was evaluated in function of chromatographic resolution, total quantity of peaks and individual and total peak area. The quality of spectrometric data was evaluated considering the total number of peaks and their relative intensity. The statistical analysis of those parameters was perfomed to obtain the optimazed extraction condition.
