Description

We found aberrant expression of microRNAs in primary immune thrombocytopenia. microRNAs participate Th17/Treg imbalance in primary immune thrombocytopenia. miR-99a regulates the differentiation of Treg cells by targeting mTOR. microRNAs may represent novel targets for diagnosis and treatment of patients.
