Description

Automated analysis of plates generated by liquid handling robots, in which human pluripotent stem cells were differentiated with concentrations of CHIR99021 ranging from 0 to 20 µM. Nephron segments (proximal tubules, distal tubules, and podocytes) were identified as a basis for identifying the organoids. See associated paper for details.
