Saad SalmanDescription
Kappa, iota, and lambda carrageenan are combined with amino acids: Leucine and Histidine. It was a part of my study where I was experimenting with carrageenan with amino acids, ion-exchange resins, and self-blends.

Steps to reproduce
One can study the spectroscopy of the interaction of carrageenan blends' with leucine and histidine. Polymer reinforcement, as well as amino acid interaction with polysaccharide blends, could be studied.
