Abstract TIMEDEL take K-matrices from a scattering calculation, either read from a file or calculated on a dynamically adjusted grid, and calculates the time-delay matrix. This is then diagonalized to find the longest time-delay experienced by the scaterring particle. The branching ratio of decay into the open channels is also found and optionally output.
