Description

his data, based on manufacturing firms, is utilized to analyze the relationship between the firm's Top Management Team's Transactive Memory System (TMT TMS) and the firm's sustainable development performance. Specifically, the TMT TMS positively impacts the firm's sustainable development performance. In the analysis of the underlying mechanisms of this primary impact, the TMT TMS can enhance organizational resilience, thereby promoting sustainable development performance. This "chain" is constructed based on the Resource-Based View (RBV) and Dynamic Capabilities Theory (DCT) within management studies. Furthermore, in addition to the organization's dynamic capabilities, we also consider the dynamic capabilities characteristics of the executive team, particularly the team's vigilance, i.e., organizational vigilance. Hence, we posit that the interplay between the TMT TMS and organizational vigilance will serve to strengthen the firm's organizational resilience.
