Description

H5 files for gene expression, output by the 10X Cell Ranger pipeline. Raw FASTQ files, which can be used as input for the Cell Ranger pipeline, are deposited with the NCBI Gene Expression Omnibus with accession GSE184981 (link below). This repository also contains fully processed Seurat objects in RDS format for each dataset. ATAC fragment files associated with this project are available at doi 10.17632/jzn8cg3hx5.2.
