Description

Post-operative management of osteosarcoma (OS) remains a clinical challenge due to the high risk of tumor recurrence and the bone repair. Meanwhile, the current bone substitute are granular forms, which are easy to dispersal and can notdfsdfs provide initial strength. Here, we developed a scaffold by in situ substitute active selenium (Se)-doped calcium phos-phate (SeCaP) granules into a moldable hydroxyapatite (HA) incorporated lac-tide-caprolactone copolymer (PLCL) to form bifunctional matrix (SeCaP@HP).sdfd
