Description

This data shows the quantities of E. coli and total coliforms before and after anaerobic digestion. The six digesters used were ambient temperature fixed-dome household-scale digesters in Bishoftu, Ethiopia, 2020. Testing took place over five sampling dates at nine days apart i.e. over 36 days. Membrane lactose glucuronide agar (MLGA) was used as a plating media, with plates incubated at 30 ˚C for four hours and at 37 ˚C for 14 hours before enumeration.
