This dataset supports the paper "Modeling the Controls on Microbial Iron and Manganese Reduction in Methanic Sediments" by Racheli Neumann Wallheimer, Itay Halevy, and Orit Sivan. It includes four Excel files: 1. StatData_LK+MedS - measurements of chemical species. 2. Fe_s - flux calculations. 3. Nominal Model - activities of chemical species, Gibbs free energy, yield coefficients, catabolic rates, biomass growth rates, and microbiological data. 4. Sensitivity Analysis - details related to sensitivity analysis. Additionally, there are three Monte Carlo algorithm codes written in MATLAB for the study sites LK, PC-3, and SG-1.
