Supplementary data related to the NIM A paper: C. Reidel et. al. , Alignment algorithm for silicon pixel detectors for ion-beam therapy application, NIM A, accepted March 2019 This is a package containing short software code examples for testing the alignment algorithm (for MATLAB) - SimuTestData.m : MATLAB script (tested with R2010b) , creates (relative realisitc) sample data for applying the algorithm - aligndata.mat : sample data file produced with SimuTestData.m for a 150 MeV proton beam that is focussed - allignment_opt_6Chip_2.m : MATLAB script (tested with R2010b) , performs the alignment algorithm - 6_Chip_fully_Symbolic__newChiMinFormula.matm : Mathematica script (tested with mathematica 11.2) , implementing the formulas 1-9 from the paper Note: this package doesn't contain the c++ routines used in the QAPIVI Corresponding author of the files: U.Weber@gsi.de ; C.A.Reidel@gsi.de
