Steps to reproduce

High-throughput sRNA-seq was performed from NRCFs that received NaCl or PBS treatment (3 biological repeats per group) by Biomarker Technologies Co., Ltd. In brief, the RNA extracted from samples were quantified and qualified to meet the requirements. Sequencing libraries were generated using NEBNextR UltraTM small RNA Sample Library Prep Kit for IlluminaR (NEB, USA) following manufacturer’s recommendations and index codes were added to attribute sequences to each sample. Last, the libraries were sequenced on the Agilent Bioanalyzer 2100 platform (Illumina) and raw reads were generated. The raw data were then processed through in-house perl scripts to obtain the high-quality clean reads.
