The study's research subjects were the 34 OECD member states, and the research period was from 2013 to 2017. A hybrid MCDM model, combining DEA and modified TOPSIS-AL, was proposed to evaluate energy and environmental performance. The OECD was established in 1961 and is one of the world's largest and most reliable sources of global economic and social statistics. The statistics provided by the OECD include all 34 member states as well as other vital economies.
