endoFMD.csv contains the flow mediated dilation values of the two groups (aortic valve replacement (AVR) n=30; and transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR) n=30) obtained at baseline, day 4 post intervention and at follow-up (90 days). The R-script it is also included in order to reproduce figure 1 for data visualization.

Steps to reproduce

Package ggplot2 must be installed in order to run the script. The endoFMD must be organized in long format.
