This dataset contains the data and associate code for data analysis and graphing (using R) for a manuscript by on microplastics and food web markers in freshwater fish, by Kazmierczak et al in Freshwater Science. Version 2 contains no changes to analysis or data found in version 1. Version 2 contains extra materials requested from during the review process for publication: including extra scree plots and changes formatting for figures and statistical output.
